At Ooman Apparel, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

• Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
• Personalized or custom-embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Additional Notes:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
